New grants

  • Congratulations to Roger Colominas who obtained a postdoctoral Marie Curie fellowship with the IPHC as the host institution. Roger will develop for 2 years a collaborative program with Pierre Bize (University of Aberdeen) and several members of the IPHC (F Criscuolo, S Zahn / DEPE, F Bertile / DSA), as well as with D Heintz from the IBMP – University of Strasbourg. The aim is to evaluate the origin of organic pollutants (POPs) that affect the migratory Alpine swift, and their impacts on life history traits and ageing mechanisms in a Swiss population followed since 20 years. We are really happy to host and work with Roger for the next 2 years, and look forward to start working on the project in next May.
