Recent studies have highlighted the role of two hypothalamic peptide belonging to the family of (Arg)(Phe)amide peptides, kisspeptine and RFRP-3, for the central control of the reproductive axis. In this talk I will show how these two peptides are pivotal to integrate circadian and seasonal cues to synchronize reproductive activity with the time of the day and the time of year.
